This one is a little something I took. While not complete with pilot and a nice BG, they where fun to make ;D

Finally an Eva unit 02!
This one is by far the most complex one yet, it includes the hand-drawn BG, the Asuka screenshot and the blur in the figure.
The BG is supposed to replicate the forest of Nerv HQ, in the front there are a couple of trees, I took pics of many scenes in the geofront to see how the trees looked like...
Asuka is also a Scrennshot, however I took the time to add shadows and other details (such as enhance hair reflections and eye color). The green part of her plugsuit was re-colored 'cuz it was a dull greyish-green in the movie (really, watch it in detail and you'll see).
The figure has a "motion blurring" (a little photo filter that I recently dicovered), how to make parts of the figure move in different directions?
Only I know...

At last, the Eva that started it all is here!
The General-purpouse Humanoid Decisive Battle Weapon: Evangelion Test Type Unit 01 [watta name!] is finally here!
As usual, some shadows were created, and color enhancement took place...
Shinji was hard to find... In every pic he's depresed or NOT in the plugsuit, wich is a requirement for continuity...
It was after I had finished the pic and was re-packaging the Eva that I found out that an ilustration in the Eva's box its pretty much the same that I made...
Maybe it was in my subconcious...

At the Very Beginning

Ladies an gentlemen... Dunno why I introduce, no one will come... Anyway...
Mari Illustrious Makinami...
Now this pic is by far the one I like the most... I think both the composition and contrast color/bg are right (finally). This one is actually the 2nd version, the 1st one had a pic of Mari without the helmet and wrist tubes. Unit-05, as I have stated before, is HARD to pose... But anyway, I like challenges; the tghing is the challenge came when it was time to ERASE the original bg... Mein Gott... So many crevices and curves and... The arm-lance!
Still i think is the best one... Several colors were enhance to look "shiny", like the yellow on the lance, pylons and shoulders... Also some sparks were added near the electricity-collecting-thingies on the pylons...

Ladies, gentlemen, inteligent apes and grays: Eva-03 (Rebuild ver.)
More than anything, finding an Asuka pic of her in that particular plugsuit was hard (most were fan art). Outside of that it was easy, I added a "misty" filter on the image to make it blurry (think I over did it)
The Eva with the long arms was easy to pose, I would just like that Revoltechs could bend their back backwards... More backwards... I mean... That's all it can go...
Some colors were faded and other enhanced, like the eye color and the marks on the Eva's shoulder, those turned out really crappy, but I had already saved and couldn't "undo" further back... If you look closely, you can see Bardiel in the plug area, that was drawn 'cuz, ironically, I forgot to put the contaminated entry plug on the figure (I mean, DUH! It's the most important thing!).
Once again It's a simple BG... Still can't make wire towers...
I know next one IS cool, considering who it is... ;D
