Ok, maybe the Madoka Magica-Evangelion crossover is not the best idea I've had, but don't they look cute? XD
Nothing new here, I used random screencaps of Maya's monitors from Rebuild and some 3D design for the spiraling end of the Lance of Cassius Eva 02 is holding... Also, lacking a bow for Madoka/Eva 08 I used Eva 02's crossbow... And since all the shields I have are way too big, Homura/Eva 01 will only have the sentai pose...
Anyhow, hoping to return to a weekly basis now that I've finished my semester...

Nada nuevo aquí, use capturas de pantalla al azar de los monitores de Maya en Rebuild y un poco de diseño 3D para el extremo en espiral de la Lanza de Cassius que sostiene el Eva 02... También, a falta de un arco para Madoka/Eva 08 usé la ballesta del Eva 02... Y ya que todos los escudos que tengo son muy grandes, Homura/Eva 01 solo tendrá su pose sentai...
En fin, espero regresar a producción semanal ahora que concluí el semestre...

After a month with no posts I bring you the continuation of the Q battle sequence...
There's really nothing new on this picture, except for the thing Eva 08 is sitting on: the quick recharge device Unit 02 uses in the film; I made it with 3D design because of that issue I have with perspective drawing.

¡Bien, basta de flojera!
Tras un mes sin postear nada les traigo la continuación de la secuencia de batalla en Q...
No hay nada nuevo en esta imagen, excepto por esa cosa en la que el Eva está sentado: el aparato de recarga rápida que la Unidad 02 usa en la película; lo hice con diseño 3D por el problema que me causa el dibujo con perspectiva.

And it looks angry!
I used radial blur to give the impression that it is falling, and since that is the only effect here, this is by far one of the easiest images I've done for some time XD
The name of the post is that of the BG music playing n that scene... Now to wait for Mark 09 and Evangelion 08 Beta to go on with the so-called "Eva Q image saga"

Y se ve molesto!
Use la herramienta desenfoque radial para darle la imresión d eque está cayendo, y ya que es el único efecto usado, esta imagen es una de las más sencillas que he hecho en algún tiempo XD
El nombre de la entrada es el mismo que el de la pieza musical que se escucha en esta escena... Ahora a esperar el Mark 09 y al Evangelion 08 Beta para seguir con la llamada "saga de imágenes de Eva Q"...
Por cierto, ¿puedes encontrar al Eva 08 en la imagen?

Evangelion Production Model Custom-Type Unit 08 in the opening scene of Evangelion Q!
This image involves a large amount of 3D work, namely (and obviously) the rocket boosters, which took me 3 weeks to complete!
I used Google SketchUp for the red structure that holds all together and the top part that holds the Eva and Studio 3D Max 2010 for the rest, this due to some aspects of each program that make some things easy and some others very complicated...
In any case, the Earth at the background is actually a recycled one from HERE, I just mirrored it and gave it a red hue... Mari came out of a 2012 calendar, and she too received some touch-up (can you spot the difference?)
As you see I made 2 versions of this image, one with the Mari and one without her, and to mirror this development, I added a version of this image of Eva 02 without Asuka, that one had her because without her the image seemed empty (as there is no Earth background)
